Things to bring to your first appointment:

W2's and 1099's
2)
Last Year's Tax return. This is very important.

Stock Trade / Sale info & Purchase records.
4)
Loan and Property Tax information (Home owner's).
5)
New dependants? We will need Date of Birth and social security number.
6)
Student loan info and payments made for your children's education.
7)
Contributions - The IRS requires you keep the receipts and backup for any contributions claimed.

Did you donate a car? Bring the information.
9)
Did you buy a car? Hybrid car?
10)
Did you sell/trade/buy/refinance a home?
11)
Buy a second home?
12)
Gambling winnings?
13)

If you are behind in filing please bring your notices from the IRS and any
State Agencies.

Inherit money or property?
